Kristin Hoff, Psy.D., LP, CMPC
Kristin Hoff, Psy.D., LP, CMPC® is a licensed psychologist at Assessment and Therapy Associates of Grand Forks. She provides Telehealth services to adults residing in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Dr. Hoff graduated with her Psy.D. from Xavier University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Notre Dame and her post-doctoral fellowship at The Ohio State University. Dr. Hoff also received her Certificate in Applied Sport Psychology from the University of Western States and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. Dr. Hoff is also an ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider (Evergreen Certifications) and provides therapy and executive skill development to adults diagnosed with ADHD.
In her free time, Dr. Hoff enjoys reading, exploring hiking trails with her family, and playing fetch with her dog, Gibbs.

Dr. Hoff uses a HIPAA secured platform for all Telehealth services. Dr. Hoff is licensed in North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Therefore, according to laws governing the practice of psychology, clients must be in one of those three states during appointments. Clients will be asked to review and sign a Telehealth Informed Consent, which provides details bout Telehealth services, prior to initiating services.

Dr. Hoff is employed by Assessment and Therapy Associates of Grand Forks. She accepts most North Dakota and Minnesota based insurances. If you have a Wisconsin based insurance, Dr. Hoff will likely be an "out of network" provider. Please consult your insurance regarding coverage. If Dr. Hoff is "out of network" or insurance cannot be billed, Dr. Hoff offers services at a self-pay rate.
